OTP 难道玩脱了?
rama • • 35045 次浏览Agent 说PR满3年是按exercising date算. 可是HDB Officer说是签OTP的date. 然后agent说不是每个HDB Officer懂的。我明白听officer的肯定没错。 可是 PR们应该明白的。

hdb比较特殊，是按照the time of submitting the applicationThe buyer who is a Singapore Permanent Resident must have obtained his Singapore
Permanent Resident status for at least 3 years at the time of submitting the application. Where
an occupier who is a Singapore Permanent Resident is essential to form the family nucleus, the
essential occupier must have obtained his Singapore Permanent Resident status for at least 3
