一个软件开发的development manager目前值多少钱？

Responsibilities
- Participate xxx Platform's design and implementation;
- Build and manage SG product development team, including task planning and architecture reviews
-Work with product management team to deliver the best products
- Lead the team to design and develop full stacks of xxx Platform, to build a highly reliable, highly available, and highly scalable system.
- Lead the team to participate the whole life cycle of products, from requirement analyze, design, development, localization, customization, deployment, to maintenance
IDEALCANDIDATE
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience as a Software Developer, Solution Architect or similar role
3 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
- Experience with databases design and SQL;
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

我觉得看管的人的水平，至少要有他们平均值的3倍或者其中最高的那个的两倍吧。

这个算法不错只是如果管的是大牛，development manager 工作反而轻松，可以放心分派任务。如果管的是一般的developer,工作辛苦，因为可能需要review code，一起fix bugs 什么的。

dvelopment manager 需要以前至少做过 device lead系统里有多个devices,需要能够做决定，指导device lead, 在device lead 不在时能顶上，在项目遇到技术瓶颈时，能推得动，这是技术上的。人事上遇到问题时，需要解决组员间的矛盾，推动项目进度，确保能交得了货。哈哈，有没有压力？！

不错嘛，同学前台有几种devices,每个device都跑不同类型的应用，有的是面向客户，有的是面向操作员。需要跑在windows,linnux,安卓和iOS 上，后台需要配置参数，处理交易记录，结算，生成报表。同学，你估一下，这个需求，需要几个人来做？
