我觉得工资是由很多条件决定的吧。。。没有会说，哦，跟国籍有关。非新加坡国籍薪水肯定比本地人高或者低。没有会说，哦，跟国籍有关。非新加坡国籍薪水肯定比本地人高或者低。

according to what i've heard, somewhere between 4k-6k for less experienced.

haha, thanks anyway.Btw, another question, just curious:
PAX5: $ 3,750 - 5,740 / 6,740
What does this mean? I know 3750 is the lowest for pax5 and 6740 is the ceiling. But how about 5740?

come in5740 is the bar, means if the lecturer is pax5, without valid reason his/her salary will stop at this amount. but sometimes he/she outperforme, the salary can cross this bar, but can never exceed the ceiling without increasing the pax.5740 is the bar, means if the lecturer is pax5, without valid reason his/her salary will stop at this amount. but sometimes he/she outperforme, the salary can cross this bar, but can never exceed the ceiling without increasing the pax.

请问什么backgroud可以拿到pax5？如果是phd还需要几年工作经验？一定要是poly的教书经验还是industry的也能算如果是phd还需要几年工作经验？一定要是poly的教书经验还是industry的也能算

phd需要工作经验，如果是本科生，不清楚要多少年经验。。因素很多，但是工作经验总是好的？没工作经验也要，看机会了要。因素很多，但是工作经验总是好的？没工作经验也要，看机会了要。

这是有工作经验的。。如果什么资历都没有刚毕业就少很多了。。如果什么资历都没有刚毕业就少很多了。。
