To apply for the remission, please submit an online application for refund at our e-Stamping website and send the completed application form for ABSD Remission for a Married Couple and the supporting documents to:
Commissioner of Stamp Duties
55 Newton Road
Revenue House

Alternatively, please submit the completed application form and the supporting documents to the same address above. -

看了一下link，这个第二套公寓要夫妻联名买才可以申请refund absd吗？如果公寓只放一个人名下，即使6个月内卖掉组屋，也不能申请refund吗？
我的理解对吗
