For babies born in Singapore, the parent will get a Special Pass from the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA). This pass is valid for 6 weeks, during which you can apply for a Dependant’s Pass.
If the pass application is unsuccessful
If your baby’s Dependant’s Pass application is unsuccessful, you need to do one of the following:
Make sure the baby leaves Singapore before the Special Pass expires. MOM will not grant an extension of the Special Pass.
Apply for a visit pass from ICA by going to the Visitor Services Centre, Level 4, ICA Building. -

爸爸或妈妈有一个人是sp/ep且薪水至少$5000（2017），2018年至少要$6000，可以给孩子申请DP，否则在新出生42天后孩子要离境

如楼上所说，新生婴儿申请不了学生证，你想担保两个人，至少薪水要6000+，要帮孩子和太太申请dp先~ -

幼儿园提前半年排队，除非你想进私立名幼儿园，不然根据家庭发展局的安排是半年以前登记
moe自己的幼儿园可以优先进入幼儿园所在的小学
