装修遇到尴尬问题,改怎么办?

前提:fibre安装和我的装修时间是要配合的,这样才能把网线放在false ceiling里。

本来预约从某telco做fibre安装在5月31号,这样我就可以把网线放在false ceiling里面,不至于太难看。
结果,昨天等啊等啊,就是没有安装人员来,等过了预约时间后,我就打电话给这个fking telco,结果答案就是,我们会跟netlink查。
这样我隔几个小时就打一次电话,就一个答案,等netlink回复。
我下午5点打给netlink,结果6点人家打回来说,是那个该死的telco没有把系统status换成accepted,然后他们不能做什么。
后来昨天晚上又接到那telco一个电话,根本没有任何update,就是说等netlink回复。我说明天早上你要给我解决。
今天早上到是接到电话了,结果还是一样说等netlink回复,我气死了,骂了那个人一顿,有什么用呢?
然后一直到现在也没有update,我尴尬的打过去,结果还是一样。我彻底无语了。

求救,我该怎么办?我刚刚电话最后只好说,你是上帝,我无能为力了。

    1. 发给媒体,估计不可能有人理。
    2. complaint to CASE, 看看吧。
    3. 去telco的facebook发帖,不懂有人理吗,反正我也没有脾气了。

    I am doing my HDB renovation. I purposely paid s$235 to rewire my fibre line to make it under the false ceiling. The appointment date is 10:45am – 12:30pm 31 May 2016. Unfortunately till 1pm yesterday, no one attended to me. I called M1 every 4 hours, only one answer “waiting for netlink to reply”. I called netlink trust at 5pm yesterday, and 6pm netlink called back and told me the reason they missed the appointment was because of M1 did not change system status to ACCEPTED, so netlink cannot do anything. I waited and waited, today, I only received one update call without any progress, I called M1 in the evening, they still said they were still checking with netlink. You know this fibre installation is fit into my renovation process, it will delay my false ceiling installation so that the whole renovation maybe affected. I feel the greatest helpless about the service that M1 provided, who can help me?

    没有用的。有一种美叫缺陷美。。。额。认命吧。
    我装修打算就做一下水电和厨房,省钱省力。

    不认命不行啊,还好装修把false ceiling移去后面做,明天可以来装fibre,还不算太晚,唉。。。
