请教基本工资及住房补贴对申请EP的影响

目前是公司HR那边帮我申请EP（我填写了基本资料）
问题：基本工资是4900+房补1300和基本工资6200 有什么区别吗？

刚才我问了HR，EP可能没有什么区别，不过收入是有区别的，第13薪是基本工资4900，没有房补，年终奖也是按4900算
我在成都这边，到手15k/月没有问题，去新加坡主要是增加海外工作经验
