Job Description:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information
• Understand customer needs and manage the sales process
• Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conducting follow-up activities to ensure customer satisfaction
• Working closely with other sales team members, marketing, and logistics to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by management.
