招生

• 熟悉社交媒体运营：熟练使用微信、微博、Facebook等平台进行市场推广；
• 主要联系人：成为潜在学生和家庭的主要联络人；
• 维护信息：准确维护学生信息数据库，并及时将相关信息传递给同事；
• 建立关系：与各类合作伙伴和潜在学生家长建立并维持良好的关系；
• 定期跟进：通过邮件、电话、社交媒体和面对面沟通，定期跟进潜在学生家长；
• 积极参与：全力参与所有与学生招生和入学推广相关的活动，达成招生目标。
  

市场和项目管理

• 社交媒体管理：创意策划、撰写内容、拍摄照片，管理学校的社交媒体账户，并及时回应观众；
• 活动参与：参加教育活动、国际学校展会、信息分享会和招生活动；
• 合作组织：与市场经理合作，组织演讲、信息分享会和相关招生活动；
• 项目管理：负责特殊项目的管理，包括寻找新的合作机会、制作市场推广材料及支持业务发展。

Marketing Executive (Education Centre and Study Abroad Service)We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Marketing Executive to join our expanding team. If you have a fun and bubbly disposition and want to work in a dynamic and engaging environment, we want you! Experience in social media management and student recruitment is highly desirable.
Our office is located in Singapore's CBD, providing a comfortable and stimulating working environment. Come join us and be part of an exciting journey!

Student Recruitment

• Social Media Expertise: Knowledge of WeChat, Weibo, Facebook marketing preferred;
• Primary Contact: Serve as the key point-of-contact for prospective families regarding enrollment;
• Information Maintenance: Maintain accurate student information in the database and share relevant information with colleagues promptly;
• Relationship Building: Liaise and build positive relationships with various stakeholders and prospective parents;
• Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with prospective parents via email, telephone, social media, and in-person meetings;
• Active Participation: Actively participate in all student recruitment and enrollment initiatives to achieve enrollment goals.
  

Marketing & Project Management

• Social Media Management: Manage the school’s social media accounts by generating ideas, creating written content and photos, and overseeing audience response;
• Event Participation: Participate in educational events, international school fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities;
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to organize presentations, information sessions, and recruitment-related activities;
• Project Management: Manage special projects as needed, including sourcing new collaborations, creating marketing collateral, and supporting business development.
  

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

• Has substantial experience in social media management;
• Has hands-on experience in student recruitment;
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Can work independently and as part of a team;
• Is passionate about the education sector and has a strong sense of responsibility and mission.
  

Salary and Benefits
