Role:
As an Estate & Succession Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on the legal and financial aspects of estate planning and succession. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique goals and wishes, crafting personalized strategies that protect their assets, minimize tax implications, and ensure their legacy is preserved for future generations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments of clients' estate planning needs and objectives.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive estate plans, including wills, trusts, and other legal documents.
- Providing expert guidance on probate, tax planning, and asset protection strategies.
- Collaborating with legal and financial professionals to develop integrated solutions for clients.
- Assisting with the administration of trusts and estates after the passing of a client.
- Educating clients on estate planning best practices and legal updates.
- Building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships with clients to provide ongoing support.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years old.
- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Diploma or Degree holder, or other equivalent qualifications.
- Strong passion of wills, trusts, and estate planning tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated empathy and compassion while dealing with sensitive client matters.
