公民找HDB贷款90%，工资最少得多少啊？资金不够，工资也不够，挺郁闷的

    如果收入不够就从小房子买起买一手的比较小的房子，没理由不够。买一手的比较小的房子，没理由不够。

    为什么只能买Resale？等不及BTO吗？就算等不及BTO，还可以试Sa[…]les of Balance。如果钱现在是瓶颈，就应该从其它角度看吧。les of Balance。如果钱现在是瓶颈，就应该从其它角度看吧。

    如果十年家庭收入就够了，但是薪水的35%就不够

    I think the 35% constraint does not apply to BTO?I have some friend who just booked a BTO with his gf, but he is still doing undergraduate. I assume his annual salary is 0?
