HR Recruiter人事招聘专员Responsibilities*Using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline*Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives*Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications. Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc*Assist with daily recruitment matters, Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, *Carry out screening, qualifying, shortlisting of potential candidates in accordance of employment requirements *Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process*Conducting background verifications, reference checks in preparation of potential employment opportunities *Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms*Assisting in onboarding exercise for new employees  

RequirementsExcellent command of the both Mandarin and English language (verbal, written and read) is required.Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and interpersonalSelf-starter with high energy level.At least 1 years of HR and recruitment experience is preferred.Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR need to apply.
