Job Description:　　We are expanding the team by recruiting talented, highly motivated researcher/engineer for technology strategy and planning. Candidate should meet requirements below with passion in solving problems for significant potential and impact. Successful candidate will join a team of technology strategy and planning to conduct responsibilities as described below.
Responsibilities:　Analyze emerging technology opportunities and articulate a well-defined strategy and clear version around them for recommending future investment in research areas;Propose new technology charters for corporate R&D;Align vision with both long term and short term technology strategy;Conduct technology related business research and analysis of value for the corporate;Convince management to adopt the vision and accelerate execution;Charter emerging technology project and deliver POCs;Participate in technical conversations with distinguished scholars in academia and leaders in industry;Explore and maintain long term strategic partnership with universities and think tanks;Contact and discuss with the distinguished scholars in academia and identify the possible collaboration opportunities.　
Qualifications:　Master or PHD in Computer Science, Material Science, Electric Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Telecom, or related fields, fresh graduate is also welcome;Have project/research experience in at least one of these fields:1) Photonics and optical communications, wireless network2) Big data and AI3) Nano/semiconductor Material for ICT and wearables4) Media Technology like AR/VR　5) Future network　6) Sensing Technologies/Devices7) other emerging technologies related with ICT and wearablesFamiliar with at least one of the deep learning frameworks: Tensorflow, Pytorch, Caffe, Mxnet, Mindspore, etc;Good presentation skills;Self-motivated and eager to learn new things, creative, collaborative, & product focused.
