现在对于感染过covid的小学生接种疫苗是什么政策？

既然不是强制的，那选择权在你自己呀

如果感染的症状不严重，其实可以考虑不用打

这种说法其实是矛盾的只有当感染后，才会知道症状是否严重。即使是严重，要打也迟了。
不严重的话，得过就相当于打了疫苗。

人家都感染过一次了

嗯之前没打是考虑副作用，得过一次后，现在考虑的是病毒已经变异很多代了，再打这个初代的意义不大。
也看了MOH的网站，现在的二价疫苗包含omicron也只推荐50岁以上和免疫缺陷的人打，侧面说明omicron危险性较小。
唯一担心的是，孩子慢慢大了，到时候超过年龄又被拉去补所有疫苗，不知道要挨多少针。也有些校外的活动比赛对疫苗还是有些要求。不过也许到时候政策也随疫情改变了。
所以有点纠结。

不会补打吧。就算到时候打，也是更新的。现在这个初期的，感觉就是在搞心理安慰。

课外活动以前我孩子碰到的限制就是参加前必须做art测试，也很快就取消了。等碰到了再说。

不准备打了我家俩个孩子都中过，老大打了3针之后中的，完全无症状，老二打了两针之后中的，发了一天烧，老二不准备让她再打加强针了

娃感染过就不准备打了老二没测出阳性，但被我这强羊整天抱着喂奶，没感染的话抵抗力也是杠杠的，也没必要打了

If my child/ward was infected but was unvaccinated or partially vaccinated at the point of infection, is he/she recommended to continue with the primary vaccination series and/or booster? If so, when should he/she take the vaccine?

A:

For children aged 6 months to 11 years old who have not completed their vaccination before recovering from a COVID-19 infection, they are recommended to receive a single dose of an mRNA* vaccine at least 3 months after the date of their infection to complete their vaccination. Children/wards who have an official record of their infection (i.e. positive COVID-19 PCR test result, positive ART result at approved test providers, or positive serology test result given past infection) would be considered fully vaccinated after receiving the single dose of mRNA* vaccine.

Children/wards who are tested positive on a self-administered antigen rapid test (ART), or via ARTs not done at an approved test provider (e.g. health risk warning/health risk notice, self-administered SHN daily tests), would not have an official record of his/her infection. If they have not received any vaccines before the infection, they would need to receive the complete regime of the mRNA* vaccines to achieve minimum level of protection.

* Children aged 6 months to 4 years should receive the paediatric Moderna/Spikevax vaccine, while children aged 5 years to 11 years should receive the paediatric Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty vaccine.
