DBS 这次要被骂惨了。

自己的服务做得屎一样 还每天宣称自己Asia Best Bank, Asia Top Safe Bank牛皮吹大了

感到一旦尴尬

刚入职dbs，现在HR正在给我们orientation

虽然我不是ibanking那边

的确尴尬

你们没有 gossip 吗？哪里出了问题？硬件？软件？被黑？临时工出错？

DBS股价倒是没啥被影响到。。。 也算是半垄断的了。多少政府企业都用的 DBS 。 散户骂几天，丝毫不影响赢利。。

早上用POSB APPLY ipo吓我一跳

草根论坛里在大骂三哥们。无论是不是他们惹的祸，这锅背定了。

我刚进去啥都不懂一切以DBS官方通报为准

gossip 嘛，要懂啥？多往吸烟处，卫生间，茶水间逛逛就好了。

都是早上10点左右开始出问题，应该是用户流量开始增大的时间。
估计昨天凌晨部署了什么东西，
一开始没问题，
流量一大就受不了了。
压力测试肯定有的，
不知道哪里疏忽了。

dbs那垄断地位是无形的也没谁能挑战它，看看下一波全球降杠杆它表现如何

果然又崩了昨晚凌晨下3单Lazada，结果付款提交之后统统显示系统正在处理中

服务出问题不奇怪，Meta, Apple, Tesla 都有过。
但是过了 24 小时还没解决
就实在说不过去了，
DBS 搞技术的那帮人手艺不行啊。

早上要Paynow，没有成功

现在网银登不上去有人试过吗？？？

还有人主动接镖？

不都告知了吗？Digital banking 还是有问题。

早上无法登录。有时中午去咖啡店打包也无法用paynow.dbs是不是三哥太多了

太搞笑了难道我50 块资产就这么被冻结了

连续两天无法登陆，还以为自己手机出问题了，气死我了

特地登陸上来吐槽急需用DBS转个钱都登陆不了。
刚刚试过n次了

dbs的internet banking比另外两家好用些啊！肯定是vendor背锅，虽然不见得一定是他们的错

dbs现在已经走自我研发的道路了不能找vendor背锅了，但是可以找印度的contractor们背，也只有他们背。

DBS 居然关了 Meta 里相关 post 的 comment。

到现在都不能用真的，IT可以下台了。

我觉得DBS的个人银行服务是最差的Branch 里排队永远要很久
网站上的功能有的也不能用，前几天我要更新credit limit, 网站上提交资料后出现"service not available", 去branch, branch 职员也不知道怎么处理。到现在我都没法更新。
网银app 到现在都不支持face id 登陆，真是奇葩。

打电话给DBS的热线，等了半个小时也没人接，银行业独此一家

你肯定用了假的 app。app 里有 face id，几百年前就有了。
app 里可以改 credit limit
branch 很多年没有进去过了，只有在存支票时会在门口停一下。

我的DBS账号是20年前开的POSB户头，导致我只能用POSB的那个app, 没有face id

我也是 posb app 啊。怎么会没有。

试了一下 果然不能登陆

另外，我的也是20多年前的 posb 账户。用 DBS 或者 POSB 都可以。这俩个 app 除了配色和 logo，其它都一毛一样。

嗯到现在还用不了 App

lucky…我的主账户不是dbs…….

奇怪了，我真没找到enable Face ID 的地方

还是不能用……

登入后才能启用。启用后 登入界面才有 face id 选项。

I know that many of you have been facing difficulties in accessing our digital banking services. I realise this is a cause for concern and frustration and am very sorry for the inconvenience and anxiety caused.

This is why I'd like to give you an update on the situation.

Yesterday, we identified a problem with our access control serversand this is why many of you have been unable to log in. We have since been working round the clock, together with our third-party engineering providers, to fix the problem and services were restored at 2am.

Unfortunately this morning, the same problem recurred and while the situation is less severe than yesterday, we know that many of you are still unable to get access.

We acknowledge the gravity of the situation and as we work to resolve matters, we seek your patience and understanding.

In the meantime, I want to assure you that your deposits and monies are safe, and that you can continue with your banking needs either through our branches, or through phone banking. To facilitate this, we've extended banking services at all our branches by two hours. And our Relationship Managers and Call Centre Customer Service Officers are on standby to assist you with your urgent banking requests.

Please be rest assured that my colleagues and I are doing all that we can to remedy the situation. Once again, my sincere apologies.

down 超过 24 小时。看样子像是 digital token 的问题，难不成是本坛那家伙大发神威？
