Grab帐号被suspended

前几天要用Grab竟发现无法登入，原因是帐号被suspended，一步步的透过FAQ反应请Grab调查，数天后终于发个简讯如下，但完全不知道我触碰到那个天条？用太多Grabfood优惠卷？
有人知道或经历过吗？
