Admin Assistant cum Receptionist

Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in clients, vendors, interviewees, other guests, etc.
Handle incoming calls.
Handle daily incoming & outgoing mails/ deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures (safe-entry, temperature check, hand sanitize)
Liaise with vendors and suppliers in relation to office maintenance.
Ensure reception and printing room with all necessary stationery and material (pens, battery, white paper, etc.)
Maintain onsite employees’ apartment arrangement.
Assist with administrative tasks such as keying in data.
Other admin duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Possess good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
Organized, self-disciplined, and a team-worker.
Pleasant & Good communication skills.
Diploma holders at least, GCE ‘O’ & ‘A’ holders with experience are also welcome.
Singaporeans/ PR/ LTVP+/ DP only.

薪水2.3 - 2.8k, 每月mrt/ mobile有几十的报销,3个月后再多些其他的报销额度。
